In response to mounting legal and physical threats, all remaining copies of The Midwest Gazzette will be assembled this weekend by a crack team of laborers, and then the entire run of 100 will be brought in an oversized picnic basket to the nearest Post Office, and then you will all receive them on August 1. August is still the month in which Issue Two will be delivered to your doorsteps.

We know the vast majority of you are still without a copy of Issue One. This will change en masse by the end of next week. You’ll see why it took so long, buddy.
By the way, there are roughly 20 copies left.

Refreshed after a 950-mile car ride to Minneapolis for one night over the weekend, we are now ready to start assembling the issue. Wish us luck as we skulk around the office for the remainder of May, finagling the necessary resources and getting it to the people.
I’ll be asking for mailing addresses soon so those who don’t live in the Urbana-Champaign area can get a piece....
4. brief update
The Gazz is sauntering along, friends, so steady and undisturbed it may have picked up a mild sunburn on the back of its neck. Production was nearly halted permanently last night when an acquaintance laughed at the idea of “pieces of paper in an envelope,” but once enough cold water was splashed around the office, our full editorial staff was able to regain their resolve, embracing a...

Issue One of The Midwest Gazzette is firstly free, and secondly will be released in a limited edition of 50 copies, many of which will be...
